Community Guidelines
1. Our Community
Camfanatics is a discovery directory and community for adult content creators and their fans. Everyone deserves a safe, respectful experience. We're committed to fostering an environment where creators can showcase their work and fans can discover the content they love without fear of harassment, exploitation, or abuse.
2. Our Expectations
To maintain a safe and respectful community, we ask that all participants:
- Be respectful to other users and creators.
- Represent yourself honestly in your profile and interactions.
- Respect others' content, privacy, and boundaries.
- Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.
3. Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on Camfanatics. For the authoritative and comprehensive list, see our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Content involving minors: Any sexual content involving minors or minor-coded persons is strictly prohibited and subject to zero tolerance. All such content is removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): Also known as "revenge porn" — sharing intimate images or videos of another person without their consent is prohibited.
- Harassment, threats, and abuse: Threatening, harassing, stalking, or abusing any user or creator is prohibited.
- Doxxing: Disclosing or threatening to disclose another person's private information without consent is prohibited.
- Fraud and impersonation: Impersonating other people, brands, or organizations, or engaging in scams and deceptive practices is prohibited.
- Spam: Unsolicited bulk messaging or artificially inflating engagement metrics is prohibited.
4. Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to us immediately. You can:
- Report violating content or behavior through our formal report form.
- Request removal of your own profile or content.
- For suspected child exploitation, report directly to NCMEC at cybertipline.org.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and acted upon promptly.
5. Moderation & Enforcement
When violations are confirmed, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove violating content.
- Issue a warning to the account holder.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Permanently ban the account from the platform.
- Report illegal content to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
The severity of the violation and the account's history will inform our response.
6. Appeals
If you believe a moderation action (content removal, warning, suspension, or ban) was made in error, you have the right to appeal. To appeal, please contact us with details about your case. We will review your appeal and respond within 30 days.
7. Relationship to Terms
These Community Guidelines supplement and do not replace the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy. In case of conflict between these guidelines and the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service govern.
